Message: Professional service. U-pack offered me the highest flexibility you can imagine. I changed my start date without any additional cost. I had chosen service center to service center option. But I was able to change this at the destination and u-pack delivered my container for a fee. I would surely recommend them for anyone.

Message: I received a call from this location to come and pick up my personal Goods that were shipped here from out of state. Upon arrival there were two men discussing personal business in the office area and I just stood there for a few minutes wait till they finish the discussion before they even addressed me. After they did, the guy sitting in the window took me to the back room which apparently led to a single individual and a reception area that processed my shipment. This lady paperwork processor was friendly and professional.
